• 2 Cups fine almond flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt

In separate bowl cream together with hand mixer:
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup lakanto monk fruit sweetener (powder)
Add
• Mix in 2 eggs, well beaten

Add dry ingredients gradually, mixing as you go.
Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate overnight.

Next Day:
Preheat oven to 325.
Form cookie dough into 1 tablespoon balls.
Place each on a parchment covered cookie sheet
Hand flatten the dough balls to about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes

For Chocolate Chip Cookies,
Add to dry ingredients:
1/4 cup Lilly’s Stevia sweetened chocolate chips

For Spice Cookies,
Add to dry ingredients:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice

For Pie Crust
Reduce sweetener to 1/2 cup
Butter your pie dish and bake your pie at 325, adding additional time as needed.
A traditional high pie cooking temperature will burn this crust!
